Pursue fashionable and healthy lives

Healthy life is the behavioral pattern which is good for health. As living standards improves continuously, people's pursuit of quality is higher and higher. In my eyes, you can live a low grade life, but you the life quality must be high. Moderate exercise not only helps to keep the healthy body but also can reduce the risk of hypertension, colon cancer, osteoporosis and breast cancer. At the same time, appropriate exercise has the function of adjust psychological balance, eliminate pressure and improve sleep. It is good to expel the toxin from the body through sweat. Smoking is harmful to health. Every smoker want to give up smoking. Take moderate wine can make the body stronger. Every one should evaluate oneself objectively and face the pressure in daily life which can improve the effeciency of work and study. No matter how you arrange your life, healthy life is the permanent theme.
